These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Turf Patrol services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Turf Patrol provides artificial turf cleaning, deodorizing, brushing, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Service scope may vary depending on turf condition, size, and service plan selected.

No Guarantee of Permanent Results

While we strive to significantly reduce odors, bacteria, and buildup, results may vary based on turf condition, drainage, frequency of pet use, and prior maintenance. We do not guarantee permanent odor removal or restoration of severely worn or damaged turf.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area. This includes securing pets, clearing debris or obstacles, and ensuring water and access points are available if needed.

Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide accurate scheduling information. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be subject to rescheduling or a service fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Subscription services may be billed on a recurring basis. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

Property Condition & Pre-Existing Issues

Turf Patrol is not responsible for pre-existing turf damage, poor installation, drainage issues, or underlying structural problems. Cleaning may reveal existing wear or damage not previously visible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turf Patrol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable scope, or outside the services we provide.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
